4. Proposals & Agreements
Before work begins, clients receive a project proposal or service agreement detailing the scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables.
By approving a proposal or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined in that document in addition to these Terms of Service.
If a conflict arises between a signed agreement and these Terms, the agreement will control for that project.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Invoicing
We offer both fixed-price and milestone-based payment structures. Invoices are sent electronically and must be paid by the due date specified.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept online payments via secure third-party processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer). Credit card fees or processing charges may apply.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest. We reserve the right to pause ongoing work until overdue payments are received.
5.4 Refunds

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Respond to communications in a timely manner;
Review deliverables and provide feedback promptly;

Delays in client communication or approvals may affect timelines and deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created by Sitemasons become your property upon final payment, except for:
Third-party assets (plugins, fonts, stock images, etc.) governed by external licenses;
Proprietary frameworks or tools developed by Sitemasons.
7.2 Licensing
We may use open-source or third-party software under their respective licenses. You agree to abide by those license terms.
7.3 Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. User Content and Conduct
If you provide content (text, images, data, etc.) for your project or use any part of our platform (future services), you are responsible for ensuring:
You own or have legal rights to the content;
It does not infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights;
It is not defamatory, obscene, illegal, or malicious.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content we believe violates these conditions.
9. Platform Access (For Future Use)
When using any future web-based tools, dashboards, or services developed by Sitemasons:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
You agree not to share your login with others or allow unauthorized access;
We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of a project private, including trade secrets, strategies, and non-public data.
This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between you and Sitemasons.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
11.1 Service Warranty
We strive to deliver high-quality digital services using best practices and industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee:
A specific increase in revenue, traffic, or search rankings;
Uninterrupted operation of third-party tools or hosting services;
Compatibility with every future browser, device, or plugin.
11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All outstanding payments become due immediately;
Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered;
Ongoing services (like maintenance) will end at the close of the billing cycle.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any user or project that violates these Terms or our values.

We often use or recommend third-party services (e.g., hosting, CRM, plugins). While we help facilitate setup or integration, we are not responsible for:
The uptime, security, or pricing of these services;
